my accessible beautiful king room was spacious. i found two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i also noted housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. the location allowed quick access to broadway shows and several restaurants.
i noticed that the in-room air conditioning unit made louder noises at night

the location was convenient. i found it easy to access various attractions from there. the room size was adequate. it included sufficient space for luggage. the bathroom had good water pressure.
the street noise was noticeable , especially during peak hours. i found that a bit disruptive , particularly in the early mornings.

the location was pretty great. i could walk to a lot of places i wanted to see. the staff seemed helpful and quick at check-in.
the room furnishings looked a bit worn. the mattress felt too soft for my liking and the extra blanket i asked for seemed old.

i would stay again! the location was great, near many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. i found the room clean. the lobby was quiet, nice for getting some work done.
the room was a bit dark! and i had to ask twice for a water carafe.

The room was not very soundproofed. I could hear noise from outside. The in-room AC seemed to activate the heater at the same time, odd.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is near many subway lines (convenient for exploring). The staff were accommodating in storing luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The king-size bed in my room was very comfortable.
My room faced another building, so very little natural light entered.
